I'm a fourth-year journalism student at MacEwan University in Edmonton, Alta., where I also serve as the research editor for our student pub, the griff. Over the past year, I've traveled to Ecuador to report on the Amazon rainforest, covered the Edmonton attacks for VICE News Canada, and helped the National Observer with a story on methane emission regulations. I'm interested in investigative/data journalism, Canadian politics, and online privacy/security.
